Our dynamic and forward thinking company was formed in 2014. In 2018 Sian and Andy were recognised at the very highest level within the Digital Marketing sector, both being awarded prestigious Fellowships, Andy within the CIM Chartered Institute of Marketing and Sian with the IDM Institute of Data & Marketing. Sian also achieved an MSc in Digital Marketing from LJM. Beth joined the business in March 2018 as an apprentice and has since become part of the Focus Team as the marketing executive.

Andrew Davies, FCIM
Business Development Director
Andy has amassed over 40 years’ experience within Business Development, Marketing and Sales. 25 years of this was within the IT sector and operated at Director level with clients such as Sky, M&S, Post Office, National Lottery. Throughout his career, industry awards have been welcomed, however full recognition was received with a prestigious Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) This award reflects both his time and expertise within the industry but also his work to expand and radically change the approach and methods deployed in marketing and branding.
Beth Howard
Marketing Executive
Beth joined the team in March 2018 under the apprenticeship scheme with a 12 month placement whilst she completed her Level 3 City & Guilds apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. Beth became a valuable addition to the team and settled in from the outset, having a natural talent for design she was soon given roles and responsibilities that simply would not be available had she followed the purely academic path. Beth passed her final exams and joined the team full-time in July 2019. Recently, Beth enrolled on the Digital Marketing course at the University of Chester.
